A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of William Crawford to the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System. WHEREAS, on May 21, 2025, in accordance with KRS 161.250 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-313, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed William Crawford to the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System for a term expiring March 10, 2029; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, William Crawford has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 161.250; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of William Crawford to the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to William Crawford of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
