A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Angela Hatton to the Public Service Commission. WHEREAS, on July 2, 2025, in accordance with KRS 278.050 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-413, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Angela Hatton to the Public Service Commission for a term expiring July 1, 2029; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Angela Hatton has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 278.060; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate confirms the reappointment of Angela Hatton to the Public Service Commission. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Angela Hatton of Whitesburg, Letcher County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
