A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Ken Hunt to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. WHEREAS, on September 11, 2025, in accordance with KRS 164.321 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-582, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Ken Hunt to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents to replace Tiffany Jenkins for a term expiring September 2, 2030; and WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Ken Hunt has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 164.321; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Ken Hunt to the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Ken Hunt of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
