A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Lisa Marie Rudzinski to the Education Professional Standards Board. WHEREAS, on July 24, 2025, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-441, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Lisa Marie Rudzinski to the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring June 30, 2028; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Lisa Marie Rudzinski has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 161.028, representing school administrators; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Lisa Marie Rudzinski to the Education Professional Standards Board. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Lisa Marie Rudzinski of Salvisa, Mercer County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
