A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Jacqueline Colleen Mayfield to the Education Professional Standards Board. WHEREAS, on July 24, 2025, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-441, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Jacqueline Colleen Mayfield to the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring June 30, 2028; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Jacqueline Colleen Mayfield has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 161.028, representing elementary school teachers; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Jacqueline Colleen Mayfield to the Education Professional Standards Board. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Jacqueline Colleen Mayfield of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
