A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Amy Miller to the Board of Tax Appeals. WHEREAS, on May 21, 2025, in accordance with KRS 49.020 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-309, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Amy Miller to the Board of Tax Appeals for a term expiring June 29, 2029; and WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Amy Miller has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 49.020; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Amy Miller to the Board of Tax Appeals. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Amy Miller of Harlan, Harlan County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
