A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Michael Abell to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. WHEREAS, on December 31, 2025, in accordance with KRS 150.022 and by virtue of Executive Order 2025-882, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Michael Abell to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission for a term expiring December 31, 2029; and WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Michael Abell has been determined to meet to meet the requirements of KRS 150.022, representing the Fourth Commission District; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Michael Abell to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Michael Abell of Magnolia, Green County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
