A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Madison Silvert to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. WHEREAS, on March 10, 2026, in accordance with KRS 164.011 and by virtue of Executive Order 2026-105, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Madison Silvert to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education for a term expiring December 31, 2031; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Madison Silvert has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 164.011; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Madison Silvert to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Madison Silvert of Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
