A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of as Joseph Koester to Board of Directors of the Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority. WHEREAS, on March 13, 2026, in accordance with KRS 342.807 and by virtue of Executive Order 2026-074 Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Joseph Koester to the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority for a term expiring December 31, 2029; and WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and WHEREAS, Joseph Koester has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 342.807. NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Joseph Koester to the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance Authority. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and notification of its adoption to Joseph Koester of Villa Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
