AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 43:81 and R.S. 49:1301 through 1308 and to repeal R.S. 42:19(A)(2)(c) and R.S. 43:81.1 through 90, relative to the official journal of the state; to provide that the official journal of the state shall be a website established and maintained by the commissioner of administration; to remove requirements designating a newspaper as the official journal of the state, including provisions relative to printing, contracts, and bidding; to apply requirements pertaining to a website containing information about certain boards and commissions to the website serving as the official journal of the state; to broaden the application of such requirements; to direct the Louisiana State Law Institute to redesignate certain provisions of law; and to provide for related matters. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 43:81 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: §81. Official journal of state A.
