AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 14:73.14(A) and (D) and 81.1.1(D)(1) and to enact R.S. 14:81.1.1(A)(3), relative to computer-related crime; to provide relative to the crime of unlawful dissemination or sale of images of another created by artificial intelligence; to provide for penalties; to provide relative to the crime of sexting; to provide for conduct that constitutes the crime of sexting; to provide for penalties; and to provide for related matters. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 14:73.14(A) and (D) and 81.1.1(D)(1) are hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 14:81.1.1(A)(3) is hereby enacted to read as follows: §73.14. Unlawful possession, dissemination, or sale of images of another created by artificial intelligence A.
