AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 47:532.1(A)(7)(c) and (C), relative to public license tag agents; to increase the maximum convenience fee amount public license tag agents can collect for providing information on the status of regulation privileges and to process reinstatements of driving and vehicle registration privileges when revoked due to failure to maintain or provide proof of compulsory vehicle liability security; to provide for an increase in charges collected by public license tag agents; and to provide for related matters. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 47:532.1(A)(7)(c) and (C) are hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: §532.1.
