AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 11:157(C)(1), 2262.1(A) and (B), to enact R.S. 11:2262.1(D)(3) and (4), and to repeal R.S. 11:2225.4(A)(2)(a) and (b), relative to the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System and the Firefighters' Retirement System; to provide relative to membership in the systems; to provide relative to partial dissolution of a police department or a fire department; to provide relative to the payment of unfunded accrued liability by employers; to provide for certain determinations; to provide for timing of payments; to provide for definitions; to provide relative to employer contributions; to provide for effectiveness; and to provide for related matters. Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article X, Section 29(C) of the Constitution of Louisiana. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 11:157(C)(1), 2262.1(A) and (B) are hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 11:2262.1(D)(3) and (4) are hereby enacted to read as follows: §157.
