AN ACT To amend and reenact R.S. 33:4071, 4072(A) and (B), 4073, 4074, 4123, and 4159.2(A), (B)(1), and (C), relative to the city of New Orleans; to provide relative to the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans; to provide relative to the composition of the board; to provide relative to the officers of the board; to provide relative to the powers and duties of the board; to provide relative to the powers and duties of the city council with respect to the board; to provide relative to billing policies of the board; and to provide for related matters. Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published as provided by Article III, Section 13 of the Constitution of Louisiana. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana: Section 1. R.S. 33:4071, 4072(A) and (B), 4073, 4074, 4123, and 4159.2(A), (B)(1), and (C) are hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: §4071.
