A RESOLUTION To commend and congratulate Renita Williams Thomas, MSN, RN, upon being named the 2026 Executive of the Year by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report and to recognize her exceptional leadership, compassionate service, and enduring contributions to medically fragile children and families throughout Louisiana.
