An Act to Protect Senior Homeowners in Home-sharing Agreements by Providing for an Expedited Eviction Process" Amend the bill in section 1 in subsection 1-C in the 3rd line (page 1, line 5 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "that residence" the following: 'and shares a bathroom and kitchen with that landlord' Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively. SUMMARY 1188 This amendment clarifies that a home-sharing agreement is an agreement in which the 1199 landlord and the tenant share a bathroom and a kitchen. 2200 F.
