An Act to Offer Military Veterans a 50 Percent Discount on the License Fee for a Commercial Shellfish License" Amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting the following: 'An Act to Offer Certain Disabled Military Veterans a 50 Percent Discount on the License Fee for a Commercial Shellfish License' Amend the bill by striking out all of section 3 and inserting the following: 'Sec. 3. 12 MRSA §6601, sub-§5-B is enacted to disabled veterans. The department shall offer a 50% discount on the applicable license fee required under subsection 5 or 5-A to an applicant B. Was honorably discharged; and C. Has a service-connected disability evaluated at 60% or more as determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.' Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
