AN ACT concerning Physicians - Licensing - Internationally Trained Physicians and Licensed Physicians Residing in Other Jurisdictions FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Board of Physicians to issue a certain license to practice medicine to an internationally trained physician under certain circumstances; altering the circumstances under which a physician licensed by and residing in another jurisdiction may practice medicine in the State without a license; and generally relating to the licensure of internationally trained physicians.
