A BILL ENTITLED AN ACT concerning Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund - Uses - Cooperative Housing Corporations and Condominiums (Co-Op and Condo Energy Refund Equity Act) FOR the purpose of altering the authorized uses of certain compliance fee revenue paid into the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund; requiring certain funds in the Fund be used in a certain manner in a certain fiscal year; and generally relating to the Maryland Strategic Energy Investment Fund. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - State Government Section 9-20B-05(i)(4) Annotated Code of Maryland (2021 Replacement Volume and 2025 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - State Government 9-20B-05. (i) (4) (i) 1. IN THIS PARAGRAPH THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED. 2. "CONDOMINIUM" HAS THE MEANING STATED IN § 11-101 OF THE REAL PROPERTY ARTICLE.
