A BILL ENTITLED AN ACT concerning Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard - Nuclear Energy and Renaming FOR the purpose of renaming the "renewable energy portfolio standard" to be the "clean energy portfolio standard"; renaming "renewable energy credits" to be "clean energy credits"; adding energy generated from certain nuclear energy generating stations as a Tier 2 renewable source eligible for inclusion in the clean energy portfolio standard; applying this Act retroactively; and generally relating to the clean energy portfolio standard and nuclear energy.
