A BILL ENTITLED AN ACT concerning Anne Arundel County Board of Education - Constituent Services Liaison - Establishment FOR the purpose of requiring the Anne Arundel County Board of Education to hire a constituent services liaison before the beginning of a certain school year; requiring the president of the county board, in consultation with counsel for the county board, to negotiate a certain employment agreement; providing that the constituent services liaison is subject to removal by the president of the county board under certain circumstances; requiring the constituent services liaison to provide certain services and to have certain experience before being hired by the county board; providing for the salary of the constituent services liaison; and generally relating to the constituent services liaison of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education. BY adding to Article - Education Section 3-2A-09 Annotated Code of Maryland (2025 Replacement Volume and 2025 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Education 3-2A-09.
