AN ACT concerning Economic Development - Maryland Aerospace and Technology Commission - Alterations FOR the purpose of expanding the purpose of the Maryland Aerospace and Technology Commission by promoting innovation in space science, space technology, and aeronautics; altering the membership, duties, and staff responsibilities of the Commission; requiring the Commission to appoint an Executive Director; authorizing the Commission to provide grants to certain entities for certain purposes; and generally relating to the Maryland Aerospace and Technology Commission. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Economic Development Section 5-2601, 5-2602, 5-2603(a) and (d), 5-2604, 5-2605, and 5-2608(a) Annotated Code of Maryland (2024 Replacement Volume and 2025 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments, Article - Economic Development Section 5-2603(b) and (c) Annotated Code of Maryland (2024 Replacement Volume and 2025 Supplement) SECTION 1.
