SECTION 1. Section 2-4(b) of article II of the charter of the town of North Attleborough, as on file with the office of the archivist of the commonwealth pursuant to section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the word “section” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- subsection. SECTION 2. Section 3-1(a) of article III of said charter is hereby amended by striking out the words “Park Commission” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- Parks and Recreation Commission. SECTION 3. Section 3-1(d)(2) of article III of said charter is hereby amended by striking out the words “(a), above” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (d)(1). SECTION 4. Section 5-4(a) of article V of said charter is hereby amended by striking out the words “three members” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- five members. SECTION 5. Section 5-8(b) of article V of said charter is hereby amended by striking out the word “81Y” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- 81GG. SECTION 6. Section 7-3 of article VII of said charter is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- (d) Write-in or sticker candidate.
