To make appropriations for the legislature, the executive, the department of the attorney general, the department of state, the department of treasury, the department of technology, management, and budget, the department of civil rights, and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the state agencies; and to declare the effect of this act.

A bill to make appropriations for the legislature, the executive, the department of the attorney general, the department of state, the department of treasury, the department of technology, management, and budget, the department of civil rights, and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the state agencies; and to declare the effect of this act. the people of the state of michigan enact: part 1 line-item appropriations Sec. 101. There is appropriated for the legislature, the executive, the department of the attorney general, the department of state, the department of treasury, the department of technology, management, and budget, the department of civil rights, and certain state purposes related to those branches and departments for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, from the following funds: TOTAL GENERAL GOVERNMENT GROSS APPROPRIATION $ 100 State general fund/general purpose $ 100 part 2 provisions concerning appropriations general sections Sec. 201.
