AN ACT to make, supplement, adjust, and consolidate appropriations for various state departments and agencies, the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and capital outlay purposes for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2027; to provide for certain conditions on appropriations; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; and to repeal acts and parts of acts. The People of the State of Michigan enact: ARTICLE 1 DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PART 1 line-item appropriations Sec. 101.
