A bill for an act relating to family law; modifying visitation rights to a minor child; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 257C.08, subdivision 1, by adding subdivisions; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 257C.08, subdivision 2. Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 257C.08, subdivision 1, is amended to read: Subdivision 1. If parent is deceased.
