A bill for an act relating to retirement; modifying process for firefighter relief associations to terminate retirement plan; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 424B.22, subdivisions 5, 7, 8, 9. Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 424B.22, subdivision 5, is amended to read: Subd. 5. Determination of assets and liabilities.
