A bill for an act relating to capital investment; appropriating money for town roads and bridges; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds. Section 1. new text begin [ADDED: TOWN ROADS AND BRIDGES.] new text end new text begin [ADDED: Subdivision 1.] new text end new text begin [ADDED: Appropriation.] new text end new text begin [ADDED: $35,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for town roads and bridges, to be distributed in the manner provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.
