A bill for an act relating to veterans affairs; modifying benefits available to veterans of the Secret War in Laos; directing the commissioner of veterans affairs to establish an eligibility process; making technical changes; canceling an appropriation; appropriating money; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 171.07, subdivision 15; Minnesota Statutes 2025 Supplement, sections 197.236, subdivision 9; 197.448, subdivisions 1, 2, by adding subdivisions. Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 171.07, subdivision 15, is amended to read: Subd. 15. Veteran designation.
