A bill for an act relating to public safety; determining responsibility for detention costs in certain juvenile delinquency matters; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 260B.181, subdivision 5. Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 260B.181, subdivision 5, is amended to read: Subd. 5.
