A bill for an act relating to housing; increasing the appropriation for the workforce housing development program; amending Laws 2025, chapter 32, article 1, section 2, subdivisions 1, 3. Section 1. Laws 2025, chapter 32, article 1, section 2, subdivision 1, is amended to read: Subdivision 1.Total Appropriation $ 101,148,000 $ deleted text begin82,798,000deleted text endnew text begin[ADDED: 97,798,000 ]new text end (a) The amounts that may be spent for each purpose are specified in the following subdivisions. (b) Unless otherwise specified, the appropriations for the programs in this section are appropriated and made available for the purposes of the housing development fund. Except as otherwise indicated, the amounts appropriated are part of the agency's permanent budget base. Sec. 2.
