A bill for an act relating to pipelines; prohibiting the issuance of a route permit for certain carbon dioxide pipelines; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 216G.025, subdivisions 1, 2. Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 216G.025, subdivision 1, is amended to read: Subdivision 1. Definitions. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms have the meanings given. (b) "Carbon dioxide pipeline" means a pipeline located in Minnesota that transports carbon dioxide in a liquid, gaseous, or supercritical state.
