AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF ITTA BENA TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PURCHASING TWO MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, TWO MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND ONE MOTOR VEHICLE FOR CITY HALL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much of it as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any money in the State General Fund not otherwise appropriated, to the governing authorities of the City of Itta Bena, Mississippi, to assist in paying costs associated with purchasing two (2) motor vehicles for the police department, two (2) motor vehicles for the public works department and one (1) motor vehicle for city hall for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027...... $ 200,000.00 SECTION 2.
