AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 920, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1988, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 967, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1994, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 903, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 2007, TO RESTORE CERTAIN FUNDING TO BE UTILIZED BY THE NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT TO SERVICE DEBT AND PAY THE COST OF FACILITIES NECESSARY TO SERVE ITS MUNICIPAL, RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WELLSPRING PROJECT AND FOR CERTAIN OTHER PURPOSES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

An act to amend chapter 920, local and private laws of 1988, as amended by chapter 967, local and private laws of 1994, as amended by chapter 903, local and private laws of 2007, to restore certain funding to be utilized by the northeast mississippi regional water supply district to service debt and pay the cost of facilities necessary to serve its municipal, residential, commercial and industrial customers, including but not limited to, the wellspring project and for certain other purposes; and for related purposes.

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 920, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1988, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 967, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 1994, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 903, LOCAL AND PRIVATE LAWS OF 2007, TO RESTORE CERTAIN FUNDING TO BE UTILIZED BY THE NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT TO SERVICE DEBT AND PAY THE COST OF FACILITIES NECESSARY TO SERVE ITS MUNICIPAL, RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WELLSPRING PROJECT AND FOR CERTAIN OTHER PURPOSES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1. Chapter 920, Local and Private Laws of 1988, as amended by Chapter 967, Local and Private Laws of 1994, as amended by Chapter 903, Local and Private Laws of 2007, is amended as follows: Section 1. Whenever used in this act, unless a different meaning clearly appears in the context, the following terms shall be given the following meanings: (a) "Bonds" shall include notes, bonds and other obligations authorized to be issued under this act.
