WHEREAS, the Port Gibson Middle School Basketball Team concluded the 2025-2026 season with an extraordinary and historic accomplishment, finishing the season undefeated and capturing the championship tournament title in dominant fashion; and WHEREAS, this undefeated championship season represents a proud milestone for Port Gibson Middle School and the surrounding community, reflecting the dedication of student-athletes, coaches, families and supporters who stood behind the team throughout the season; and WHEREAS, under the leadership of Head Coach Terence Parker, the team demonstrated discipline, resilience and unity from the opening tip-off of the season to the final buzzer of the championship game, setting a standard of excellence both on and off the court; and *HR26/R2440* H.
