A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MR. HAROLD D. MILLER III, UPON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT AFTER OVER YEARS OF OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY. WHEREAS, Harold D. Miller III, known to most as "Hal Miller", stands out as a distinguished figure in the trucking industry, and he plans to retire after over 50 years of outstanding service; and WHEREAS, carrying forward a legacy of leadership, Mr. Miller has served the trucking industry for more than 53 years, and as he is known for his strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence, his dedication to integrity and ability to inspire collaborative success has made him a pivotal influence in his professional sphere and a respected mentor to those around him; and WHEREAS, born in Jackson, Mississippi, in 1961, Mr. Miller's career began in 1973, as a young boy assisting the yard man at Miller Transporters, a family-owned business and one of the largest tank truck carriers in the country; and *HR26/R2696* H.
