A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND HONORING MR. JIMMY CARR OF EATON AEROSPACE FOR HIS OUTSTANDING COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY SERVICE, EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF JACKSON AND THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI. WHEREAS, Mr. Jimmy Carr, a distinguished leader with Eaton Aerospace, has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to strengthening communities through workforce development, mentorship and educational opportunity; and WHEREAS, through his leadership and advocacy, Eaton Aerospace has provided valuable internship and career opportunities to students of Jackson State University, helping prepare the next generation of engineers, innovators, and professionals for meaningful careers in advanced manufacturing and aerospace industries; and WHEREAS, Mr. Carr has worked diligently to build meaningful partnerships between industry and education, ensuring that students are exposed to real-world career pathways while gaining hands-on experience that enhances both their academic and professional development; and *HR26/R2684* H.
