A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING THE WALNUT HIGH SCHOOL LADY WILDCATS SOCCER TEAM FOR WINNING THE MISSISSIPPI HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATION (MHSAA) CLASS 2A SOCCER STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. WHEREAS, the Walnut High School Lady Wildcats Soccer Team reigned supreme against the Lake High School Hornets to win the Mississippi High School Activities Association (MHSAA) Class 2A Soccer State Championship; and WHEREAS, playing with clear eyes, full hearts and unimaginable amounts of strength, the Lady Wildcats Soccer Team outlasted, outplayed and ultimately overpowered Lake High School; and WHEREAS, throughout their season of play, the Lady Wildcats, who are bursting with wit and athleticism, faced off with some of the state's best contenders on the pitch, but persevered to make their presence and talent known as the gladiators and invincible champions of MHSAA girls' soccer; and *HR26/R2757* H.
