A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING AND COMMENDING MR. LIMEUL EUBANKS FOR BEING NAMED AS THE 2026 SOUTHEASTERN REGION SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATION ART EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR. WHEREAS, Mr. Limeul Eubanks was named the 2026 Southeastern Region Supervision and Administration Art Educator of the Year at the National Art Education Association (NAEA) Awards Ceremony on March 6, 2026, a truly outstanding achievement; and WHEREAS, Mr. Eubanks serves as the Director of PreK-12 Arts at the Mississippi Department of Education, where he oversees programs in dance, media arts, music, theatre, visual arts, world languages and the Mississippi Seal of Biliteracy; and WHEREAS, as a visual artist and a seasoned art educator, Mr. Eubanks holds a master of fine arts degree with a focus on both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art, a master of education degree in mild/moderate special education with specializations in art education and gifted and talented education, as well as a bachelor of arts degree with concentrations in ceramics, painting, dramatic arts, and communications, and he also has extensive *HR43/R2775* H. R.
