BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1. Section 75-99-1, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows: 75-99-1. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Consumer Freedom of Choice * * * Act. SECTION 2. Section 75-99-3, Mississippi Code of 1972, is amended as follows: 75-99-3.
