A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING MR. PATRICK R. WILCHER FOR BEING SELECTED AS "INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR" AT THE PERKINSTON CAMPUS OF MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE. WHEREAS, Mr. Patrick Wilcher, a resident of Gulfport, Mississippi, has been selected as "Instructor of the Year" at the Perkinston Campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in recognition of his distinguished service to the college; and WHEREAS, the prestigious award was established by the Alumni Association of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College to honor instructors, and the recipient of the award is chosen from nominations submitted by students, faculty and administrators on the basis of his or her teaching excellence, college service, community service and professional development; and WHEREAS, Mr. Patrick Wilcher, a Department Chair and Mathematics Instructor has been employed at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College for the past nineteen years; and WHEREAS, dedicated to academic excellence, Mr. Patrick Wilcher received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and a *SS36/R1583* S.
