A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING DR. GABRIEL POSADAS FOR BEING SELECTED AS "INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR" AT THE GEORGE COUNTY CENTER OF MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE. WHEREAS, Dr. Gabriel Posadas, a resident of Mobile, Alabama, has been selected as "Instructor of the Year" at the George County Center of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in recognition of his distinguished service to the college; and WHEREAS, the award was established by the Alumni Association of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College to honor instructors, and the recipient of the award is chosen from nominations submitted by students, faculty and administrators on the basis of his or her teaching excellence, college service, community service and professional development; and WHEREAS, Dr. Gabriel Posadas, a Biology Instructor, has been employed at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College for the past four years; and WHEREAS, dedicated to academic excellence, Dr. Gabriel Posadas received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, a *SS36/R1586* S. C. R.
