FIRST REGULAR SESSION HOUSE BILL NO. 1069 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY INTRODUCED BY REPRESENTATIVE FARNAN. 2405H.01I JOSEPHENGLER,ChiefClerk To repeal sections 301.020, 301.032, 301.074, 301.132, 301.147, 301.190, 301.380, 301.443, 301.800, 307.350, 307.353, 307.355, 307.360, 307.365, 307.370, 307.375, 307.380, 307.385, 307.390, 307.402, 643.303, and 643.315, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof seventeen new sections relating to motor vehicle safety inspections, with penalty provisions and a delayed effective date. Section A. Sections 301.020, 301.032, 301.074, 301.132, 301.147, 301.190, 301.380, 301.443, 301.800, 307.350, 307.353, 307.355, 307.360, 307.365, 307.370, 307.375, 307.380, 307.385, 307.390, 307.402, 643.303, and 643.315, RSMo, are repealed and seventeen new sections enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as sections 301.020, 301.032, 301.074, 301.132, 301.147, 301.190, 301.380, 301.443, 301.800, 307.360, 307.365, 307.370, 307.375, 307.385, 307.390, 643.303, and 643.315, to read as follows: 301.020. 1. Every owner of a motor vehicle or trailer, which shall be operated or driven upon the highways of this state, except as herein otherwise expressly provided, shall annually file, by mail or otherwise, in the office of the director of revenue, an application for registration on a blank to be furnished by the director of revenue for that purpose containing: (1) A brief description of the motor vehicle or trailer to be registered, including the name of the manufacturer, the vehicle identification number, the amount of motive power …
