Missouri HB1418: Designates the "PFC LeLand S Deeds Memorial Highway" in Sullivan County

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway. Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.888, to read as follows: 227.888. The portion of State Highway 139 from CRD Jasper Road/240th Street continuing south to CRD Kelp Road in Sullivan County shall be designated the "PFC LeLand S Deeds Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of transportation. ✔.
