To amend chapter 253, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the Katy Trail. Section A. Chapter 253, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be 2 known as section 253.650, to read as follows: 253.650. Beginning August 28, 2025, the Katy Trail, the two hundred thirty-nine 2 mile trail stretching across most of the state of Missouri, shall be renamed the "Bishop 3 Davidson Trail". ✔ EXPLANATION -- Matter enclosed in bold-faced brackets [thus] in the above bill is not enacted and is intended to be omitted from the law. Matter in bold-face type in the above bill is prop.
