SECOND REGULAR SESSION HOUSE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 3496 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY 7451H.03C JOSEPH ENGLER, Chief Clerk To repeal sections 48.010, 49.082, 50.327, 50.333, 50.334, 51.281, 52.269, 53.082, 54.261, 54.320, 55.091, 58.095, and 473.742, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof thirteen new sections relating to county finances. Section A. Sections 48.010, 49.082, 50.327, 50.333, 50.334, 51.281, 52.269, 53.082, 54.261, 54.320, 55.091, 58.095, and 473.742, RSMo, are repealed and thirteen new sections enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as sections 48.010, 49.082, 50.327, 50.333, 50.334, 51.281, 52.269, 53.082, 54.261, 54.320, 55.091, 58.095, and 473.742, to read as follows: 48.010. 1. For the purposes of this chapter, "assessed valuation" shall mean the valuation of all real and personal property as determined and finally established by the state agency charged with the duty of equalizing assessments. 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, for the purpose of establishing county classification, the valuation of nonclassed property and abated property may be included in the total valuation of all real and personal property in the county. 49.082. 1.
