SECOND REGULAR SESSION HOUSE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 3951 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY 6657H.02C JOSEPH ENGLER, Chief Clerk WHEREAS, the Missouri House of Representatives recognizes the importance of empowering citizens to actively participate in the democratic process; and WHEREAS, the Missouri House of Representatives has a long tradition of rendering assistance to those organizations that sponsor projects in the interest of good citizenship: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the Missouri House of Representatives, One Hundred Third General Assembly, hereby grant the Jefferson City Chapter of the Federalist Society permission to use the House Chamber on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sponsor of this House Resolution, Representative Alex Riley, or his designee, shall be present in the House Chamber and shall assume responsibility for the group's actions for the duration of the aforementioned event. Special note: Participants in the aforementioned event shall conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the dignity and honor of the House of Representatives. Such persons shall behave respectfully and dress appropriately for the occasion. Food items, drinks, and smoking are prohibited on the floor of the House and lower gallery, and participants shall refrain from any conduct that diminishes the decorum of the House Chamber.
