SECOND REGULAR SESSION HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4153 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY INTRODUCED BY REPRESENTATIVE FOUNTAIN HENDERSON. 7151H.01I JOSEPH ENGLER, Chief Clerk WHEREAS, the Missouri House of Representatives recognizes the importance of empowering citizens to actively participate in the democratic process; and WHEREAS, the Missouri House of Representatives has a long tradition of rendering assistance to those organizations that sponsor projects in the interest of good citizenship; and WHEREAS, the Emerging Leaders Youth Conference sponsored by the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus is an educational experience in state government for youth by allowing such youth to participate in the democratic process: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the Missouri House of Representatives, One Hundred Third General Assembly, hereby grant the Missouri Legislative Black Caucus 2026 Emerging Leaders Youth Conference permission to use the House Chamber on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sponsor of this House Resolution, Representative Yolonda Fountain Henderson, or her designee, shall be present in the House Chamber and shall assume responsibility for the group's actions for the duration of the aforementioned event. Special note: Participants in the aforementioned event shall conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the dignity and honor of the House of Representatives.
