To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway. Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.904, to read as follows: 227.904. The portion of State Highway 13 from Interstate 35 continuing north to U.S. Highway 136/69 in Harrison County shall be designated the "Dr Scott Hall Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by private donations. ✔ EXPLANATION -- Matter enclosed.
