Missouri HB647: Modifies provisions of the diaper bank tax credit

What the bill says

An act of the general assembly; (2) If such program is reauthorized, the program authorized under this section shall automatically sunset on December thirty-first six years after the effective date of the reauthorization of this section; (3) This section shall terminate on September first of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which the program authorized under this section is sunset; and (4) The provisions of this subsection shall not be construed to limit or in any way impair the department's ability to issue tax credits authorized on or before the date the program a.
